• The Python Curing System consists of a form fitting compression molded inner envelope combined with a snug fitting outside envelope allowing for optimum pressure forces to be applied to the entire internal and external tire surface.
  
• The inside envelopes are made from a lightweight, easy to use compound that helps provide an exact heat transfer during the curing process.
  
• The one-piece inner envelope eliminates the risk of bead area seam separations.
   

The Python Curing System may be equipped with a Fat Boy valve to help ensure a proper vacuum and seal.  The Fat Boy valves have a large base, one-piece valve stem and can include a built in check-valve.
