        These state-of-the-art extruder guns are equipped with a specially designed “quick-feed” motor that extrudes up to 76lbs of rubber per hour while simultaneously reducing cushion rope waste to near nothing! The finely engineered parts & motor are designed for long lasting reliability, and our industry leading warranty backs it up. 3 application specific models are available.

        The Heavy Duty Extruder Gun features a variable speed motor, and adjustable thermostat. Designed for continuous use in the repair of the casings prior to retreading with high output of 52 lbs per hour.

        The OTR Extruder Gun is equipped with a Bosch Motor.  It is built for heavy duty continuous use in the repair of off-the-road tires.  This gun allows for maximum speed and output with a delivery of cushion up to 62 lbs per hour.

        Usages and Maintenance Instructions:

        1. Preheat Extruder Gun for 5 minutes before use.
        2. Be sure to lubricate Extruder Gun with air tool oil and lubricant on a daily basis.
        3. Rubber in the main housing and nozzle must be cleaned out after use.
