Since 2014, Arturo has worked with Shamrock Marketing supplying rubber products, consumables, equipment and technical services to the tire retread and repair industry in Latin America. He has extensive experience in Tire and Retread Industry, beginning as a technical manager for Latin America for Bandag and working with Bridgestone Manufacturing Facility in Belen, Costa Rica in the Central American market. Arturo has been dedicated to help retreaders minimize their operational cost in process and in better use of consumables. Arturo is married and a father of two sons. He has an Industrial Engineering degree from Yacambu University located in Barquisimeto, Venezuela.

William has partnered with Shamrock Marketing to lead their Technical Services Team and support the Latin American Sales Team. His areas of expertise include helping customers improve their efficiency in areas related to commercial tires, retreading, and tire service. With over 25 years of experience in the tire industry, William knows tires, retreading and equipment. He worked with Bandag for 16 years and participated in the transition team when it became Bridgestone Bandag Tire Solutions. William held multiple positions as Service Engineer, Technical Trainer, Business Development Manager and Managing Director’s Advisor for the Exports Latin American market, covering over 40 dealerships in more than 15 countries. He studied Industrial Engineering at UCAB and Jose Maria Vargas Universities in Venezuela. He lives in the beautiful city of Santo Domingo, in the Dominican Republic.

Gerald is an independent contractor that works with Shamrock Marketing’s Technical Services Field Team. With over 47 years of experience in the tire retreading industry, Gerald knows retreading and equipment. His areas of expertise include technical services management, retreading equipment, and retreading process. Gerald was the Technical Services Manager at Marangoni Tread North America 2004 – 2020, a Retread Service Technician with The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company 1999 – 2004, Manager of Retread Manufacturing Technology for Bridgestone / Firestone 1996 – 1999 and held other positions in Retread Plant Management. Gerald is the owner of Emerald Equipment and invented the original vacuum-operated Envelope Testing Machine.
