Save time and money with Shamrock’s onestop-shop. Shamrock maintains an extensive selection of supplies, tools, and equipment for your retread plant. We carry the inventory so you don’t have to.
Quick and Easy Delivery
There’s a reason we call Louisville home, and it’s so we can service you quickly and easily. We’re located within a days drive of nearly 70% of the U.S. population. Our logistics team gets your order to you fast. Orders placed by 4:00 pm EST ship same day for regular stocked items. A dispatch date is always provided to you on larger export shipments and special order items. We’ll provide you with tracking numbers, an ETD, and we’ll follow up with you directly to make sure your order is received. Plus, all standard orders that meet a minimum invoice value for your region are shipped prepaid to your door.
Technicians and Help Desk
Shamrock’s help desk is teamed with expert technicians to help you troubleshoot and problem solve. Our team is factory trained and multi-lingual. From process issues to hard to find parts we’re here to help.
Equipment Demonstration and Training Facility
Shamrock’s 40,000 square foot facility in Louisville houses a complete retread plant for Demonstration and Training purposes. All equipment is available for you to operate and test. If you’re in the market for new retread equipment, schedule a visit to Louisville.
Hassle Free Returns
Returns don’t have to be a hassle. We take care of everything, from issuing the shipping labels to booking the pick up. You are provided tracking numbers and a confirmation upon receipt of the items at Shamrock. Remember, you’ll need an RGA number for us to start the process.
We offer an industry leading adjustment warranty. If a problem does arise we will work with you to identify the cause, offer solutions, and take steps for corrective action. Please ask your sales or customer service representative for more details.
